Transforming a mere 50 square metre space was always going to be a challenge. With small spaces commanding the highest attention to detail. Opening up the space was the biggest priority along with all the practical elements to making the space fully function as a full time holiday rental unit. It was such an exciting project to be able to work on for our amazing client the lovely

Carolyn Cresswell owner and entrepenur from Carman's Kitchen who gave us full creative freedom throughout the process,

such a wonderful opportunity to flex our creative arm and create a modern rustic coastal barn loft space

- the perfect fit for it's buzzing & funky Byron Central location.

For this renovation we had the unit fully gutted so we had a complete blank canvas to work from.

We carefully selected all of the new internal finishes, from flooring, wall paint, tiles, light fittings, furniture & accessories, right through to fully designing both a new kitchen and bathroom and co-ordinating the project throughout with all our local artisans.

The bespoke kitchen design features a stunning encaustic tile splash back, concrete bench top, with a full size integrated fridge/freezer,

fully integrated dishwasher, Miele oven and cooktop, all to allow extended guests an enjoyable cooking experience.
